Our culture is full of messages about how bodies should look, what we should eat, and now, whether hunger should be quieted by medication. Whatever your experience, it's a lot to carry, and you don't have to sort through it alone.

Conversations about food and our bodies are rarely just about that. They're woven into everything else: what it's like to be a woman in the modern world, and how our relationships and careers shape the way we see ourselves. Together, we can examine and let go of the rules, messages, and expectations we've picked up.
